For-Fin helps patients arrive at appointments with a structured, accurate record of the past 30, 60, or 90 days — so you can spend less time extracting information and more time on decisions.

One-page summary

The For-Fin report is designed to be scanned in under 60 seconds. It covers: current medication and schedule, adherence rate, seizure/event frequency and timing, any recorded proximity between events and missed doses, and a data confidence indicator.

Facts, not interpretations

Every metric in the report is derived from records the patient entered. The report distinguishes recorded facts from derived summaries. It does not include diagnostic language, predictions, or treatment recommendations.

Data confidence

The report includes a data confidence indicator — High, Medium, or Low — based on how complete the medication logging has been. This lets you quickly assess how much weight to place on adherence figures.

What For-Fin is not

For-Fin is not a clinical decision-support tool, a diagnostic system, or an EMR integration. It is a patient-held record tool. The report is a structured summary of patient-entered data, not a clinical document.

For-Fin does not diagnose, predict, treat, or provide medical advice. It records information patients enter and helps them prepare to discuss that information with you.
